ENFORCEMENT AGENTS

The purpose of this association is to promote the principles and policies as set forth within the bylaws; to upgrade the profession and the professional.

To encourage the use of private fugitive recovery agencies; promote any legislation that will help the industry; combat any legislation that may harm the industry; create, maintain, police, and enforce a standard for the industry; police and maintain the industry against individuals of low moral and ethical codes.

To improve conditions and regulations with the courts, public offices, and law enforcement agencies that will better serve the industry.

Establish a feeling of trust, goodwill, among the following but not limited to: The public, local, state and national law enforcement associations; local, state and federal public offices; civil and criminal judicial systems, and local, state and federal law enforcement agencies.
